The atmosphere of the house is cozy, warm, and inviting, designed in the style of a typical Alpine village. Groups have the opportunity to use the diverse facilities of the Residence. These include the kitchen, two dining halls, a "Biostube" with a tiled stove, a fireplace room including firewood, a huge terrace, a creative workshop, and various workspaces.
